Appointments & Cancellations
The scheduling of evening and weekend appointments, as well as Group Bookings, often requires advance notice. For cancellations, we require a 24-hour notice, and 72 hours notice for multi service appointments and for groups, or a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services may be charged. Full price may be charged when no notice is given. Credit card deposits are taken for group bookings and lengthy appointments.
We are able to accommodate groups of various sizes for social gatherings, bridal parties, and corporate events. Our private “Relaxation Room” is available for reservation and catering services can be arranged. Please speak with our Group Services Coordinator for more information and to schedule appointments.
Our packages are popular for gift giving and are offered in a variety of service combinations. To ensure your package is enjoyed to the fullest, we recommend that you schedule appointments through our Spa Package Coordinators, key members of our staff.
Robes and sandals are provided to our spa guests, as well as towels. Our spa does not offer personal lockers and we encourage our guests to leave valuable items at home. We do offer a private shower and dressing area, and when available, our spa guests may enjoy our Relaxation Room overlooking the Newburyport Harbor, for catered lunches and to relax between spa services.
We accept only the Interlocks Gift Card. Redeem your Interlocks Gift Card for the services or package featured, up to one year from the purchase date. Beyond one year, the purchase price may be applied to any services or products that we offer. Note: The gift recipient is not limited in how they choose to redeem their gift. Interlocks Gift Cards may be redeemed for any of the services or products we offer, equal to the monetary value on the gift card.
Gratuities are at the discretion of our clients and are not included in the price of services.
We offer Series Programs for the pre-purchase of select Facials, Massages, Microdermabrasion, Nail Care and Lash Fill services. Sold at a discount of 15%, a series program includes six identical services and is non-transferable. Only available for services marked with this symbol
To enjoy our spa services, there are special health considerations. Services with induced heat should be avoided by those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or have a heart condition. Allergies (such as nuts or seaweed) should be made known to your service provider. Clients undergoing treatment for an illness should first consult with their doctor prior to scheduling services, and must also make our service providers aware of any communicable illnesses, or health concerns.
Providing high quality services and products is our priority and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction; please speak with a manager within 72 hours of your original service. Store credits are issued for most products returned within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. However, makeup and cosmetic items cannot be returned and are final sales. Refunds of gift certificates may be issued within 7 days of purchase, to original purchaser only, with original receipt.
Check Acceptance Policy
We will gladly accept your local check when your full name and address are imprinted on the check and a photo id is presented. There is a $25 fee per returned check occurrence.
We offer some salon and spa services to children with parental permission and/or supervision. We do however, discourage adults from allowing their children to accompany them for their own services, as the child’s safety may be compromised, or a child’s behavior may be disruptive to other spa/salon guests. In some circumstances, we will not be able to provide the service expected.
To be courteous to all our spa and salon guests, we ask that your cell phone be silenced during your visit and used only for urgent need.
