Can I redeem an Interlocks Gift Card online?

Not at this time. We hope that in the near future we will be able to offer the option to redeem an Interlocks Gift Card when shopping at Interlocks online. Our gift cards are redeemable for services at Interlocks and for products in our 1,200-square-foot Beauty Apothecary. What form of payment can I use online?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 

When will my order be shipped?

Please visit Shipping Your Gifts for information regarding the completion of your online order.

Can I ship the gift to someone other than myself?

Yes. In the "shipping details" of your order you can specify whether the gift is being shipped to you, the recipient, or a third party. Please be sure to verify the address is correct.

Can the gift be mailed in an unmarked envelope?

Yes. But please keep in mind that the shipping envelope will have no return address should it not reach the intended recipient. Interlocks is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

If I order more than one gift card, can I pay only one shipping fee for my entire order?

Not at this time. Our shipping costs apply per each gift card ordered. The gift card is placed in an elegant gift box tied with ribbon, along with our Service Menu, and packed in a padded envelope for safe shipping.

Can a notecard be enclosed with my gift?

Yes. When placing your order, you will be given the option of writing a brief message to the recipient. This message can be as brief as Happy Birthday or Happy Holidays. For a more lengthy message, please write your intended note in the ordering instructions area of the order form.

Can a service gratuity be added to a Gift Card?

No. We are not able to include gratuity as part of a Gift Card.

Can I place a phone order?

Yes. To place a phone order by credit card, please call 978-465-3010 seven days a week during our normal business hours.

Can I place an order online but pick up the gift at Interlocks?

Yes. However, the standard $2.50 shipping fee is still charged per each gift card ordered online regardless if picked up in-store. Please specify in the Ordering Instructions that you will pick up your order at Interlocks, 58 Merrimac Street, Newburyport, Massachusetts. For driving directions, please click here.
