We handle your order with great care, knowing your gift needs to arrive on time. We make every effort to make this happen, relying on the professional services of the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx Express Service. We complete orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, mailing by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST are filled the following weekday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are filled the next Monday or business day, whichever comes first. Orders placed on a holiday are filled the next weekday or business day.

Free Shipping!

We mail all online Gift Certificate orders, unless instructed otherwise, via the U.S. Postal Service, first-class mail. We do not mail Priority. First-class mail generally should arrive in 2-3 business days. Please visit the USPS website for information on delivery in your area.

Tracking Your Shipment

Our Free Shipping service with USPS, first-class mail, does not offer a tracking number. If you need to track your package, we recommend choosing FedEx for a fee.

FedEx Express Service

• Select FedEx Standard Overnight for afternoon weekday delivery. No morning delivery and no weekend delivery. FedEx shipping fee $15.
• Select FedEx Priority Overnight for morning weekday delivery. FedEx shipping fee $40.
• Select FedEx Priority Overnight With Saturday Delivery for delivery on Saturday. Select this service if your order is placed before 3 p.m. EST on Friday. FedEx shipping fee $41.

In a Rush?
Print a non-redeemable "Gift Promise." If you need the gift today, and are placing your order online, print our Gift Promise and give it immediately while you or your recipient await the actual Gift Certificate in the mail.

Returns Policy
Refunds of gift certificates may be issued within 7 days of purchase, to original purchaser only, with original receipt.
